Our museum-quality mounts each feature a unique textured front. Our mounts are 1.6mm thick and have a white core. The inside and outside of the mount are cut at an angle.

Different options

Would you prefer not to have a hole in your mat? Then enter 0cm for all border widths. A double mat can create a beautiful and professional effect in the corners. To order a double mat, order an additional mat with a border width that is 0.5cm smaller. Then glue this additional mat to the bottom mat with wood glue.

If you order a large size and would like the remaining cardboard from the hole included, please select the "Include cutout" option.

Our passepartout advice

A cream mat creates a warm/vintage look , making it ideal for the following subjects: artworks made on warmer paper, or warm photos lacking true "white."

The tint of this mat is a bit warmer. Are there any crisp white spots in the work? Then we would recommend a plain white mat.

This off-white museum-quality mat has a beautiful structured acid-free top layer.

For works of art

If you've created a piece of artwork on paper yourself, we recommend choosing a mat color that's closest to yours. This will ensure a uniform, professional look!

Color difference

The supplier may slightly adjust the color of the mat. If you ordered mats from us in this color a while ago (a few years, for example), you might want to order a sample set from us first. This way, you can check which color you prefer and see if it has changed. Fortunately, color adjustments are very rare.
