Liquin Original bottle

The features of Liquin Original:

• Has a 'hair gel' like texture and improves flow.
• Increases the gloss level.
• Speeds up drying considerably. If you paint with it in the morning, the layer can be dry by evening (depending on the amount added).
• Suitable for all layers in the painting, for finishing you can try the Fine Detail or Light Gel.
• Use only Liquin/other Liquin mediums in a painting. If you later paint a section with a different linseed oil-based medium, the sheen will change.
• No strong fumes

The big advantage of Liquin

You can use any amount of Liquin in each layer! This eliminates the "fat over lean" rule, allowing you to apply a new layer the next day without worry. (Just try not to add too much Liquin and adjust it by feel, otherwise there's a risk of cracking and wrinkling.)
